Background
I am an Associate Professor in the Computational Drug Design group led by Prof. Katarina Nikolić in the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Belgrade (FPHUB). I completed my BSc at FPHUB and pursued my master’s studies with the support of scholarships from the Municipality of Krupanj and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia.
I later carried out my PhD studies at FPHUB, where my research focused on quantitative structure–activity/retention relationships (QSAR/QSRR) of imidazoline and alpha2 adrenergic receptor ligands. During my training, I also undertook international research stays at the University of Zaragoza in Spain and the National Institute of Chemistry in Slovenia. My current research centers on QSAR, QSRR, QSPR, molecular modeling, rational drug design, and chemometrics, alongside the development of analytical methods (HPLC, TLC, CE), advanced chromatographic techniques, and the physicochemical characterization of novel neuroprotective and antineoplastic agents.
